The Director-General of the Prime Minister’s Office and Cabinet Secretary-General honours a number of Prime Minister’s Office employees
The Director-General of the Prime Minister’s Office and Cabinet Secretary-General, HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, today presented the “Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit” to a number of Prime Minister’s Office employees.
The move follows the Royal Decree and the directive of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister that all concerned authorities present the medal to frontline workers, Bahrain Defence Force, the Ministry of Interior, and all supporting entities.
HE Al Malki noted that receiving the prestigious medal is a source of pride for all the Office's employees, and an incentive to continue efforts supporting the Kingdom’s mitigation efforts.
HE Al Malki added that he shares His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s pride in the sincere patriotic efforts exhibited by all health personnel, and the Bahrain Defence Force, on the front lines of efforts to combat COVID-19, as well as those of the Ministry of the Interior and all supporting agencies.
HE Al Malki highlighted that clear recognition of effort serves as an impetus to continue with the same determination when confronting national-level challenges, and praised the progress made in combatting the COVID-19 to this day, and the great work of the employees of the Prime Minister's Office throughout the pandemic.
HE Al Malki noted HRH’s support for the national workforce across all fields, and the pride in their efforts and sacrifices for the country in various circumstances and challenges.
HE Al Malki congratulated the recipients of the "Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit”, expressing his thanks for their dedication in safeguarding the Kingdom and its citizens. It was emphasised that their tireless work, in the spirit of one, national team, in order to preserve public health, will remain a shining example in Bahrain’s history.
For their part, the employees of the Prime Minister’s Office expressed their great pride in this high honour, and affirmed their continuing aspiration to work towards the national achievement of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
