Launched in 2015, the PM Fellowship allows young government professionals to be seconded to the Prime Minister's Office for a full year, during which they participate in intensive training programs designed to upskill and reskill their leadership and management capabilities.

The fellows are also exposed to decision-making mechanisms across the public sector and gain insight into how development plans and strategies are formalized through direct meetings with senior decision-makers.
