Housing Minister meets 9th intake of Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme
Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, met members of the ninth intake of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme.

The Minister highlighted the wealth of youthful potential within the government sector, emphasising its pivotal role in sustaining comprehensive development and fostering growth across various sectors. She praised the innovative ideas and ambitions of the young recruits, noting their contributions to enhancing Bahrain's standing on various platforms.

Al Rumaihi affirmed the significant impact of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme on enhancing the skills and expertise of young government cadres over the years. She emphasised its role in preparing them for diverse roles within the government, contributing to improved performance across sectors and aligning with the visionary goals set by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The Minister outlined plans to provide housing services for the citizens and foster partnerships with the private sector to ensure timely and diversified housing options for Bahraini families. She highlighted the positive outcomes achieved by these initiatives, including the provision of housing for thousands of citizens in a short period. This success, she noted, underscores the efficiency of innovative solutions in meeting housing objectives.

Members of the ninth intake commended the Minister for her detailed explanation of the ministry's strategies for providing housing services. They welcomed the opportunity to engage with such initiatives, noting the potential for innovation to contribute to Bahrain's developmental process.
